Design Process
1. Consultation
Welcome to fill out the needs form on our official website or contact us directly by phone to discuss style, lifestyle needs (e.g., family size, workspace requirements), budget, and on-site inspection. Please provide the unit's floor plan.
2. Conceptual Design
The designer presents a preliminary proposal, including 3D renderings, a color palette, and style suggestions (e.g., minimalist or industrial).
3. Floor Plan and Technical Drawing Creation
Create detailed floor plans, plumbing and electrical diagrams, lighting layouts, and furniture arrangements. These must comply with the requirements of the Hong Kong Buildings Department (e.g., fire escape routes).
4. Material Selection and Budget
Select building materials, furniture, and soft furnishings (e.g., lighting, carpets). Sign the contract to finalize the quotation.
5. Construction Execution
Demolition of old items, installation of pipelines, furniture assembly, and painting. The designer oversees progress.
6. Soft Furnishings
Install lighting, curtains, and decorative items. Conduct on-site fine-tuning.
7. Inspection and ready to move in!!
Final inspection, site cleanup. Sign-off on documents, handle warranty period.
